Downs Rural Services is Licensed, and Insured Landscaping and Sprinkler system Company based out of Chadron, NE. We have been installing systems across the panhandle for close to 9 years. Over the years we have expanded our landscaping company to better suit the customers needs by building needed retaining walls, rock beds, and even concrete curbing to give your house that beautiful finish. Mowing and yard spraying has always been an important part to helping those in need around the area.
